A reincarny is a person from Hell who has been reincarnated thanks to the reincarny portals God placed throughout Hell. When a person is reincarnated, they lose all memory of Hell and their previous lives. This makes them a blank slate, but this also makes them likely to sin again. If enough reincarnies are able to redeem themselves, Hell will be shut down. Demons hunt down these people in order to keep Hell in existence.
