When a demon is born, it starts off life as a demon fetus. When a demon dies, it reincarnates as a fetus. These fetuses wander around Hell trying to survive until they reach maturity. They have many natural predators, including demons, snakes, and devil dogs. Their diet consists of termites and presumably other small bugs. Not much else is known about these creatures.
