Reincarnation: A Taste of Evil (ATOE) is the tenth installation and seventh mini-game for the series. It was uploaded on Newgrounds in March 2011. This is the first (and so far only) game to offer Spanish subtitles.

Story[]
Luke has sent you to capture another reincarny. This one is working at a fast food restaurant. After sneaking into the building, you discover he has been defecating into other people's food, which allows you to send him back to Hell.
Walkthrough[]
The demon will arrive at a fast food restaurant. There's a payphone that you'll need to use, but you can't operate without enough money. One of the quarters you'll need is next to the curved curb. Pick it up. Go to the left to get two other inventory items: the drink and the chewed-up gum. These are the only things you'll need from this screen. Go to the right twice. There's a red truck with mud on it and a ladder. Go up the ladder for now.
The roof is how you'll enter the building. However, there is someone blocking the way. Before you go back down, grab the yellow rag and the other quarter. When you get back down, click on the truck. The demon will tell you there's something caked up on the side of it. To clean it, combine the drink and the rag. Use the wet rag on the truck. This will reveal a number to call. Even if you have already memorized the number, you have to clean the truck to proceed.
Go to the payphone. You can click the quarters then click the phone or vice versa. Here's a chance for a Newgrounds medal: rather than dialing the actual number, dial 6 seven times. This will call Luke. After you bug him, you can dial 555-0823. You can't dial Luke if you've already dialed Mick. The demon will pretend to be someone else to chase Mick away, leaving the roof free. Go to the roof and enter the vent by clicking on it.
The reincarny will be in sight. To make him sin, click on the Order Placed sign above the window. After he has sinned, use the gum on the faucet. Click the sign so the reincarny will defecate again. As he's squating, click on the faucet. This will kill him and end the game.

There are only two medals. The first one is earned by simply beating the game. The other one is earned by calling Luke before you call Mick.
